Job Descriptions: 职责描述：
Assistand execute assigned projects/engagements smoothly and efficiently with fullyresponsibility undertaken;
协助和执行分派的项目工作并顺利高效的完成
Preparationof valuation throughout PRC, potentially overseas, including market research ,data analysis, site inspections, preparation of valuations and report writing;
现场勘察、数据收集分析、评估计算、报告撰写，并做好在全国范围内（可能涉及海外）出差的准备。
To liaisewith both internal and external, such as clients, auditors, sponsors, lawyersand other intermediaries, in the course of completing tasks that signed up to;
在工作中与内部各部门、和客户、审计师、律师、保荐人以及其它中介保持良好沟通和协作，以完成所承担的项目任务
Build/participateand maintain influential relationships with clients.
建立并保持与客户的良好建设性关系。
Requirements: 资格条件：
Graduatedegree and above, finance related not necessary but preferable;
本科以上学位，财务相关专业为佳但非必须
A teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills;
具有团队精神和良好人际间沟通技能
Eager to learn and willing to take on challenges;
渴望学习，积极迎接挑战
Goodcommand of both written and spoken English;
熟练掌握英文听说读写
Availablefor frequent business travel;
可以较频繁出差
Hands-onskills on MS applications, including Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
能熟练掌握MS办公软件
